Frightening images show boy jumping between storey apartment blocks. Dr Tony Holohan: We're socialising at a level we can't sustain. Bad move. Makes it harder for people to watch it especially us that don't have recording ability. Yeah we still exist because some providers can't get to where we are live on a heritage site and can't really afford these boxes.

Yes there is iPlayer. Thanks everyone for your feedback. To give you a bit more info - this slot was chosen as it is closer to the original transmissions and will be more consistent as it will not need to be moved for sporting commitments. Hi, Sorry but your reply is just an automated response out of the press release How can we watch the repeat abroad with no access on the iPlayer?

The omnibus on Sunday makes sense for us living abroad, while in the middle of the night with one hour ahead in continental Europe too! But really, who will watch it at that time??? If it's moved for sporting committments, tough, but let's just say it's a preventive measure taken to cover for the Olympics schedule, isn't it? If the BBC really wants international viewers then open up iPlayer too to keep us happy with shows playing too late A tradition that has ran for years and one of the most watched shows on the BBC why has sport always got to be number one priority there is plenty of people out there who don't watch sport.

My nan always misses Fridays episode so looks forward to watching it on Sunday so what is she suppose to do now she don't have sky plus or have the net??? No one will be awake that late to watch it. This is really mean of you.

Sunday is the only time I get to watch Eastenders and no, I don't want to watch it online! Please move it back to its original time! I think it is a shame too, but i will have to tape it then : maybe BBC will change its mind and put it at an earlier time at least I think it will cost them a lot of viewers! Does anyone know if it is still possible to visit the set of Eastenders? If it is I intend to go there once If anyone knows, can you let me know please? Thanks in advance. Not good enough Nickie, not good enough, i personally don't watch the omnibuses anymore but what about for the people who do?

Its horrible. Sometimes I just think that the storylines are a bit far fetched. Honsetly your all just moaning at a problem thats not even there! You do know that you can still watch it on sunday at the same time Its a little place called bbc iplayer! It did get me questioning it for a while then i got real and thought about it. You have plenty or chances and different ways to catch up with it. Here are SOME of the ways that you can do so; 1 Watch it the night its aired 2 If you miss it that night watch it on bbc iplayer as u clearly have the internet to do so 3 Watch it on the omnibus, on friday nights 4 Watch it on iplayer on sunday at the same time you would normally watch the omnibus whats the difference, you can even pause it for toilet breaks, and make yourself a cuppa if you want!

Cannot believe this!!! I am unable to watch Eastenders during the week and do not have a recorder of any kind to be able to record any episodes-Sunday has always been my day to watch my beloved Eastenders. I have always voted Eastenders as the best TV programme but from now am not sure that I will as I will probably not be able to see it. This decision should have been put to the viewers first-as it is the viewers that make or brake a programme-absolutely appauled at this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been a tradition on the BBC for the past 27years. And not everybody can catch up on computer or sky plus my nan always watches the Sundays omnibus as she don't have access to the net or sky plus.

I agree with you Mummajo I also don't no why they could of not moved the omnibus edition to BBC3 at 7. The reason many people liked the timing was precisely because it was not close to the original broadcast time. My Grandmother, for instance would watch the omnibus while going to bed too early to see the week day episodes. She doesn't have access to iPlayer etc. I think this is a bad move. My elderly Mother only have the TV, no catch up or method to record.

It is too late for her. It is too late for me too. I would have thought like other soaps there would be more repeats rather than changing from the one good time to a silly time. The repeat on BBC3 at the same night is not a good time.

If I am out and miss one it is likely I will not be back for Not only should Sunday stay but more repeats would be better.

Very bad idea - the BBC are loosing the plot! I always catch up on a Sunday afternoon - now I will watch something else. Au revoir Eastenders!!!

Hi, I am from Holland. I always looked Eastenders on Sundays here. Luckely I have seen on this site that Eastenders is now only be seeing here at midnight. I am a great fan of Eastenders.

I don't like to stay awake at night. Why did you do this? I have missed a lot of Eastenders now. Greetings from Holland. I think that the BBC should appreciate that Sunday Eastenders helps bring families together in a way that iplayer simply doesn't. In a year when we were promised that there would be some refuge for people to escape from the Olympics, it seems a tad silly that the most popular programme on the BBC is being re-scheduled to make room for more sport.

Hi, another post from The Netherlands. For years i've been watching Eastenders Omnibus on a sunday afternoon.

The new timescedule is not convenient at all with a bunch of little children who need their mum to rise and shine early saturday morning. Can you at least help me to watch the episodes through internet?

The BBC Iplayer doesnot work overhere I would be very greatfull if you could! Yes of course some people can watch it on their computers but I go and visit a friend with no computer and we watch together on Sundays and make it a social occasion.

We have been doing this for many years. And I am quite sure there are families who also watch it as a family ie during daytime hours. So very angry at this decision. I work nights Mon-Fri so cannot watch EE during the week. Sunday afternoons have always been perfect for me to catch up as the hubby goes out and I can watch quite happily whilst the beef is roasting away. With hungry mouths to feed etc, they are luxuries we just can't afford.

We don't even have a video recorder now as it was almost older than the universe. I have sat and watched this weeks EE on i-player and the quality was rubbish. My dear old PC also wants to snooze every 30 mins if I forget to move the mouse. I am not able to feed the PC to the TV as there are 2 floors between them. I'm old fashioned and think PC's are very solitary so won't have it in the front room as that is where we do family things.

Also don't think this change has been advertised very well. I knew that it had been moved from last Sunday but presumed that was to do with it being Easter. None of the TV mags have highlighted the change either. I thought if instituates such as government and public bodies intended to make permanent changes, they were supposed to have a public consultation period.

I pay my licence despite the fact that I watch very few BBC programmes. Now apparently, I'll be watching even less.
